Civil Engineer – Procurement & Logistics
Responsibilities:
- Procurement of goods, works and services within national / international market;
- Perform Vendor Comparison analysis;
- Purchase Orders and follow-ups;
- Manage vendor performance;
- Contract Management;
- Logistics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- 5-7 years of experience in an engineering, procurement and operations environment;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements;
- Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers;
- Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
